    Answer: There is no shipping charge to the lower 48 states of the USA if your purchase is $59 or more. Any amount less than $59 is welcome. However, a flat rate shipping charge of 16.99 will be added to the order.

    Answer: Your order normally ships the same day or the next business day if it is placed before 2:00 pm central time. We ship via UPS and you should receive your package within 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as the order ships.

    Answer: Honestly, the difference is in the packaging, not the taste. Our Hawaiian flavors are packaged in clear long neck bottles and adorned with designer labels. This makes them a little more expensive.

    Answer: In a word "NONE" Before the invention of shaved ice machines, snow cones were made with coarse ice. Today, most venders use shaved ice machines to get finely shaved ice for their snow cones. And, a shaved ice machine is only part of the equation. The ice that you put into the shaved ice machine must be frozen hard in order to get finely shaved snow-like ice. So, be sure your vender uses a shaved ice machine and hard ice. Flavor is the third part of the equation. All flavors are not created equal. The taste of Ralph's cane sugar snow cone syrup is hard to beat.

    Answer: Absolutely Not. We have improved and perfected our recipe over the years. Most people say they cannot tell that it is not cane sugar syrup. It has 0 carbohydrates, 0 sugar and exceptionally great taste

    Answer: We ship to Canada.

    Answer: The answer to that question depends on the size of the cup or container you're using and how much syrup you use per container. For example, if you use a 6 ounce cup and pour 2 ounces of syrup over the ice you can make about 16 snow cones with 1 quart of syrup.

    Answer: The shelf life of cane sugar syrup and sugar free syrup from the time of purchase is 6 months.
